What is the Original Calming Bed made out of?

The Original Calming Bed is covered in nylon faux fur and filled with a polyester fiber material. It features a waterproof base that helps to increase the bed’s longevity and protect your home.

How do I know which size is right for my dog?

How do I wash the bed?

Machine wash the Original Calming Bed on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low heat.

How long does it take to ship the Original Calming Bed?

All orders are processed within 15 to 22 business days from your order date. This does not include weekends. Due to COVID-19, delivery times may be longer. Please check with your local postal carriers to inquire if delivery timeframes are extended due to COVID-19.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link to a page where you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

How do I make a change to my order?

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us explaining your desired change. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel or change your order. Because we cannot guarantee that requests to change an order will be answered, we ask you verify that all of your order details are correct before you place your order. Can I return or exchange the Original Calming Bed?

Yes! If you’re not satisfied with your Original Calming Bed for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. To start a return, email our support department at [email protected] with the subject line “Item Return” followed by your order number.

In the email body, please specify whether you’d like to request a return or exchange. Our support team will walk you through the process of sending your bed back. 

Please return the bed in excellent (clean, odor-free, and undamaged) condition. This allows us to process and restock the item. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

If you would like to receive a refund but are unable to return your bed for any reason, please let us know, and we will determine whether or not we are able to provide a refund. All orders are covered by our 30-day-money-back guarantee for damaged or defective items.

To which countries do you ship?

We sell and ship the Original Calming Bed to customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia.

You say that shipping takes 15-22 business days. Why does shipping take so long? Where is the warehouse located?

Like virtually all companies today, we have been affected by the international COVID-19 situation. Certain COVID-related restrictions and cautionary procedures have led to delays in order fulfilment.

Our warehouse is located in China and orders are dispatched on a biweekly basis, meaning that you may have to wait for up to two weeks before your dog’s bed is shipped out.

Aren’t there concerns about the quality of products made in China? How do you ensure that the Original Calming Bed is a high-quality product?

Because we recognize your concerns with China-produced goods, we’ve taken the steps necessary to ensure that the Original Calming Bed is a high-quality product that meets stringent standards for safety, consistency, and quality.

Before choosing our suppliers, we inspected and tested their products with our own dogs to ensure that the construction and materials used were of the highest caliber. We would (and do!) use the Original Calming Bed in our own homes, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
